Cookies are small values stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage and short-lived security tokens. They allow a website to remember state between requests and devices.

Rekting uses essential technologies for login sessions, CSRF protection, two-factor authentication state, fraud prevention, account security, checkout continuity and load-safe operation. These are necessary to provide services requested by the user.

A language preference may be stored so the website opens in Portuguese or English as selected. Other interface preferences may be stored when a feature explicitly offers them.

Choosing to sign in with or open Google, Discord, Steam, GitHub or a payment provider may cause that provider to use its own cookies under its own policy. Rekting does not control cookies placed directly by an external domain.

At the effective date of this policy, Rekting does not activate non-essential Google Analytics or advertising cookies by default. If optional analytics or advertising is introduced, the consent controls and this policy will be updated before activation where required.

You can remove or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, checkout, security verification or other requested features from working correctly.
