These terms apply whenever you access or use a Rekting website, account, server, event, digital product, store, support channel or connected community service. By using a service, you agree to follow these terms and any clearly presented service-specific rules.

Provide accurate information, keep access credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not sell, transfer, impersonate or misuse another person’s account.

Where age or legal-capacity requirements apply, you must have the necessary consent or authority.

Harassment, hate speech, threats, fraud, cheating, malicious software, ban evasion, exploitation of vulnerabilities and disruption of services are prohibited. Rekting may moderate content and apply proportionate warnings, restrictions, suspensions or bans.

Prices shown at checkout are final consumer prices and include applicable VAT. Product scope, duration, renewal conditions and technical requirements are shown before purchase.

Digital access is linked to the eligible Rekting account. Mandatory consumer rights, including conformity rights, are not limited by these terms.

Rekting names, visual assets, software and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. A purchase grants only the access or licence expressly described; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying rights.

We work to keep services reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security incidents, provider outages and necessary updates may temporarily affect access. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, Rekting is not responsible for indirect loss caused by external providers, user devices, unauthorised account use or use contrary to published instructions.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without removing any mandatory protection available to consumers in their country of residence within the European Economic Area. Please contact support first so we can attempt to resolve any dispute fairly.
