This policy applies to purchases made directly from Rekting. Nothing in it limits mandatory rights under Portuguese or European consumer law. Where mandatory law is more favourable, that law prevails.

Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right may end once supply begins only where the consumer expressly requested immediate supply, acknowledged the consequence and received the required confirmation.

Before immediate activation, checkout records the relevant request and acknowledgement. A free trial that has not converted to a paid order creates no charge to refund. Cancelling future access does not automatically refund a completed lawful supply.

If digital content or a service is defective, unavailable contrary to the description or otherwise lacks conformity, contact support. We may restore conformity, replace access, reduce the price or issue a refund as required by applicable law.

We may approve a refund for duplicate payment, confirmed billing error, failure to deliver access, or another clearly justified situation. We may refuse abusive, fraudulent or already-consumed requests where the law permits.

Send the order reference, account email, purchase date and reason to contacto@rekting.pt or open a support ticket. We acknowledge electronic withdrawal requests within 24 hours and may request only the information needed to verify the order.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Bank and provider processing times are outside Rekting’s direct control. Access linked to a refunded order may be withdrawn once the refund is confirmed.

Please contact support before starting a chargeback so we can investigate. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to proportionate account restrictions, without affecting the right to pursue a legitimate payment dispute.
