Depending on your use, we may process account identifiers, email, profile details, linked Discord, Google or Steam identifiers, authentication and security records, purchase and invoice information, support messages, server activity, consent records, IP-derived security signals and technical logs.

We process data to create and secure accounts, provide requested services, fulfil purchases, manage licences, answer support requests, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations and improve reliability.

The legal basis may be performance of a contract, compliance with law, legitimate interests in security and service operation, consent where required, or establishment and defence of legal claims.

Data may be handled by carefully selected hosting, authentication, email, payment, anti-abuse and communications providers. Google, Discord, Steam and other linked services process data under their own policies. Where data leaves the EEA, we use an available lawful transfer mechanism.

We retain data only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, account relationship, legal retention period, dispute handling, fraud prevention or security. Retention differs by record type and data is deleted or anonymised when no longer required.

We use access controls, encryption where appropriate, audit records, rate limiting, file validation, secure authentication and operational monitoring. No online system is risk-free, so users should also protect their credentials and devices.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing and lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the CNPD, or your local EEA authority.

Services are not intentionally designed to collect data from children who cannot lawfully consent. This policy may be updated when services, providers or legal requirements change; the current version and effective date remain available here.
