These rules apply when using the Rekting community.

How members should treat each other and protect the community environment.
Respect between members: insults, provocation, threats, humiliation, harassment, intimidation, or any behaviour intended to attack or belittle another person are not allowed.
Discrimination: discriminatory content or behaviour based on gender, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, personal circumstances, or any other individual characteristic is prohibited.
Conflict and community atmosphere: disagreements must remain within reasonable limits. Deliberately creating conflict, hostility, harassment, or a toxic environment is not allowed.
Community and project: criticism and opinions are welcome when expressed constructively. Sabotage, defamation, or deliberate attacks against the community, its members, or its team are not accepted.

Rules for channels, messages, voice chat, and content promotion.
Spam and flooding: repeated messages, mass mentions, excessive content, or deliberately disrupting the normal use of channels are not allowed.
Using channels: each channel must be used for its intended purpose, language, and specific rules. Content repeatedly posted in the wrong place may be removed or moderated.
Advertising and self-promotion: communities, external invites, social profiles, streams, products, or services may only be promoted in authorised areas or with staff approval.
Direct messages: community rules also apply to private contact connected to Rekting. Direct messages must not be used for spam, unauthorised advertising, harassment, or evading the rules.
Voice channels: constant shouting, excessive noise, abusive soundboards, or other forms of deliberate disruption are not allowed.
Unsafe or inappropriate content: explicit sexual content, graphic violence, malware, malicious files or links, illegal material, or anything intended to compromise devices or accounts is prohibited.
Rekting identity: the community name, logo, visual identity, or roles must not be used to falsely claim official representation, staff membership, or authorisation.

Rules that apply to games and competitive activities.
Cheating: using cheats, scripts, abusive macros, exploits, or any software or method that provides an unfair advantage is prohibited.
Fair play: trolling, sabotage, griefing, intentional abandonment, match manipulation, or other behaviour intended to harm other players' experience may result in sanctions.
Competitions and official representation: events, teams, mixes, or activities presented as official Rekting initiatives may only be organised or represented with approval from the responsible team.
Complicity: knowingly helping someone commit, benefit from, or conceal a violation may be treated as participation in that violation.

Administrative decisions, responsibilities, and interaction with the team.
Staff instructions: legitimate staff instructions must be respected while situations, incidents, and conflicts are being handled.
Appeals and administrative disputes: administrative decisions may be questioned respectfully, but appeals, complaints, or disputes with staff must use the appropriate channels, such as tickets, rather than public arguments.
Impersonating staff: pretending to be a staff member or claiming powers, permissions, or administrative decisions that do not exist is prohibited.
Team conduct: staff members must act impartially, respectfully, and responsibly, without abusing their position or using it for personal gain.
Reporting staff: abuse or inappropriate behaviour by team members can and should also be reported through the appropriate channels.
Evading sanctions: using alternative accounts, leaving and rejoining the server, or using any other method to evade warnings, restrictions, kicks, or bans is prohibited.

Protecting members, privacy, reports, and preventing abuse.
Risk situations: suspicious activity, violations, or behaviour that may place members or the community at risk should be reported to the team through the appropriate channels.
Personal data: sharing personal information, private data, or other content that could identify, expose, or endanger someone without permission is prohibited.
Fraud and social engineering: fraud, phishing, account theft, deceptive attempts to obtain personal data or credentials, and any attempt to exploit another member's trust are prohibited.
Identity fraud: impersonating another member, partner, organisation, or service to deceive, gain an advantage, or harm others is prohibited.
Reports and evidence: reports must be made in good faith. False accusations, manipulated or fabricated evidence, and deliberate attempts to harm others are prohibited.
Relevant information: where possible, a report should include clear information and relevant evidence so the team can review the situation fairly.
Privacy of conversations: private messages, recordings, images, or confidential conversations must not be disclosed or misused to expose, humiliate, threaten, or harm someone.
Responsibility: not knowing the rules does not remove responsibility for breaking them.
